Cost of Service
For eligible clients we are able to provide subsidised transport however we ask that you make a contribution to your transport costs. As a not for profit the fees we collect go directly back into our services.

We are able to provide non-subsidised transport as well. This includes people on NDIS packages, home care packages and who do not fall into subsidised funding criteria. Contact us for a quote for your trip.
If you are having difficulty paying the fee it is important to let us know, as we may be able to make arrangements to assist you.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking simply give us a call on 6331 3322 and let us know. We ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice so that we can offer the trip to someone else. You will not be charged for cancellations with sufficient notice.
Cancellation Fees
No one likes missing out, so please give us notice of your cancellation so we can offer the trip to someone else. Sadly if you cancel your trip at short notice or you weren’t at home for pick up, we will ask you to pay a cancellation fee. Unfortunately, regular last-minute cancellations or no-shows can result in your service being suspended, which we hate to do.
If you are sick
Please don’t travel with us if you are unwell, this is important for your health and the health of our drivers and other clients. If you wake up unwell on the morning of travel please call us as soon as you can – leave a message on the answering machine. You can leave a message on our answering machine over the weekend too. The fairies check the machine over the weekend to let our drivers know.
If you don’t answer the door
For your safety if you don’t answer the door our drivers will call the office and we will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be located we will take action to ensure your welfare. We will attempt to call your emergency contacts and if we have any reason to believe you may be in danger or at risk we may also contact local police. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you have a valid reason such as an accident or illness.
